Physical Therapy

For the past few weeks, I have been trying to be somewhat religious about following the prescribed PT given to me by George at FastTrack Physical Therapy.  The primary agenda has been to strengthen core and abductor muscles, coupled with a healthy regiment of heat and cold therapy. To my surprise, these simple and effective exercises have gotten me back on track for my running season. In the next few days I will provide a detailed version of these exercises and possibly some free samples of some products I have been using to get back on track.
